Responsibilities:

‐Handling and obtaining all the permits and the communications related the project with various Stakeholders like MME (In all its departments and sections), MOI, Education Authorities (University/Collages/Schools), KAHRAMAA, OOREDOO, etc.

‐Arranging the meetings and prepare Minutes of Meeting and collecting data's and information that benefits project in terms of submissions and completing manuals and making reports and assisting in arranging meeting with various Stakeholders.

-Coordinating between stakeholders and Contractor and reviewing the Requirements in order to process and obtain NOC, Completion Certificate & Clearance Certificate from Stakeholder's Departments.

‐ Preparing the required official letters between Stakeholders (bilingual Arabic & English). ‐ Continuous follow‐up of any updates or changes to the instructions and laws of the stakeholders.

‐Representing the company as a focal staff between the Client, Consultant, Contractor and Stakeholders for any bottlenecking entitled related to project.

‐Readiness for more responsibilities from time to time for any coordination request by Client representative and Project 's RE.

‐Responsible for informing business and industry partners about the city 's major events programmed and other economic development opportunities.

‐Developing a stakeholder engagement plan that links to CDM Smith overall business plan objectives that identifies the specific requirement of each stakeholders group.

‐Establishing relationships with key stakeholders that meets each party needs and agreed outcomes and Maintain stakeholder relationship once established through regular communication activities as identified with each stakeholder.

‐Building capacity and knowledge of each key stakeholder to ensure effective communication outcomes by clearly defining lines of communication and Maximizing stakeholder opportunities to say what they want and to provide information and feedback.

‐Identifying and where possible and understanding stakeholder issues, interests, aspirations and concerns to better define what matters most in order to Effectively managing the expectations of stakeholders by being clear about what is negotiable and what is set in stone.
