The Security Systems Manager is responsible to maintain all security systems & equipmentand manage/execute all security projects.Detailed Description
Manage Security systems projects from design to implementationphase.
Develop and execute overall maintenance strategy and manage day today Security systems maintenance.
Develop an overall Security systems strategy.
Review scope of work and statement of requirement for invitationto bid.
Prepare technical criteria and review of technical proposals.
Prepare business plan and budget in accordance with departmentobjectives.
Draft and maintain up to date Security systems Policy andProcedure.
Participate in conduct of security risk assessment and manages thefindings of these reports in aid of security services improvements.
Act as a main focal point for any improvement and maintenancerequests.
Manage Vehicle Access Permits, Key controls and QF ID process.
Liaise with national security organizations and governmentagencies.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
8-10 years of relevant full-time work experience in IT or anyrelevant field, 3 of which at a supervisory level
Experience working with teams of all sizes, including large teams.
Basic Human Resource Management experience.
Preference to Board Certified Security Professionals.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit avariety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearlyand concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Proficiencyin MS Office applications
